Data deletion requests
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you through CloseLife. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
If you would like your data deleted, email support@closelife.io with your request and the contact information associated with your data (for example, the name, email address, and phone number you used on our demo request form or your platform account).
Please include "Data deletion request" in the subject line so we can route your message quickly. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
What happens next
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your information from our systems, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain records (for example, for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
If an insurance agency holds your information on our platform (for example, because an agent called you using CloseLife software), that agency controls the data. Direct your request to the agency; we will route or support verified requests as required by law and by our agreement with the agency.
