Yes. The Live board shows every active call across your agency as it happens, with timers and outcomes. Owners can join any call in silent listen-in mode — the agent and lead never hear you — and review the full transcript afterward.

No. Everything runs in the browser — dialing, transcripts and notes. If an agent’s connection can’t support in-browser calling, the dialer falls back to their own phone.

Yes, structurally. Every agency’s users, leads, calls and transcripts live in their own isolated space — data never commingles between agencies, and access within your agency follows your hierarchy automatically.

Call recording and transcription are configurable per agency. Owners can toggle recording for consent-sensitive jurisdictions in dialer settings.

The dialer checks each lead’s local time zone before placing a call to keep your team inside standard calling hours, and the platform enforces server-side limits like verified destinations and per-agency concurrency.
