What are AI credits and do I need to buy them?

Every agency’s plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that covers SmartNotes, transcription and post-call coaching for normal usage. If a high-volume month runs the allowance down, you can buy a one-time top-up pack rather than moving to a bigger plan.
